CCTV Surveillance
IP camera systems engineered for clarity, coverage and quiet day-to-day operation.
What this solution covers
A camera on its own is a curiosity. Coverage that reflects the actual risk picture, storage sized for the retention the client needs, and a network designed to carry the traffic — that is video surveillance.
Zentrum's approach is to design the CCTV layer alongside the wider security environment: access control, intrusion detection, intercom and the data infrastructure they all share.
What's included
The work, end to end.
- 01Site-walk and coverage planning for every entry, blind spot and exterior approach
- 024K IP cameras with low-light and IR variants for villa perimeters and corporate lobbies
- 03On-site NVR storage with retention configured to the client's policy
- 04Mobile and desktop viewing with role-based access for facility teams
Systems and capabilities
- Camera selection
- Cameras chosen for the scene, the lighting and the required detail — not for a spec sheet.
- Coverage planning
- Field-of-view layouts that reflect the way the site is actually used.
- Storage and retention
- Recording capacity sized for the retention period the client owns.
- Network architecture
- Segregated cabling and switching so cameras do not compete with the rest of the network.
- Viewing and operating positions
- Workstations and monitoring positions that fit how the operating team works.
Why early planning matters
Camera positions, containment routes, cable pulls and equipment-room locations are near-impossible to move once the ceilings are closed and the walls are finished. Bringing CCTV into the coordination early lets the design serve both the security intent and the architecture.
Dubai-grade considerations
What we design around.
01
UAE heat and dust — sealed enclosures and shaded mounts
02
Glare from glass façades and reflective stone — lens choice and positioning matter
03
RERA and community-board guidelines for residential installations
Applications
- Villas and private compounds
- Residential towers
- Corporate offices
- Mixed-use developments
- Hospitality and retail
Integrates with
Seven pillars. One coordinated stack.
- Data & IT Infrastructure
Cameras, encoders and recording servers depend on structured cabling and correctly sized switching.
- Seamless Wi-Fi Networking
Wireless coverage supports mobile viewing and site-team tablets where appropriate.
- Connected Communication
Video intercom and CCTV overlap at entrances and reception positions.
- Building Automation
Presence and event signals can inform lighting and scene logic where designed to.
How Zentrum delivers this
- 01Walk the site with the client and understand the risk picture.
- 02Plan camera positions, coverage and storage against that picture.
- 03Coordinate containment, power and equipment-room requirements with the wider project team.
- 04Install, configure, tune and commission — including recording, retention and access policies.
- 05Hand over with clear operating documentation for the security team.
